International Institute of Teachers' Training

Our Story

With a rich legacy spanning 25 years in the education sector, our Founder Director has successfully managed and overseen 11 campuses, including early learning centers, primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges, offering diverse educational curricula such as Sindh Board, Cambridge Board, and AKU EB Board. Throughout this extensive experience, we have observed a critical gap in the training provided to teachers, school leaders, and parents, often lacking the necessary research-based, hands-on practices required in the current educational landscape. Recognizing the need for a paradigm shift, we are proud to introduce an International Institute for Teachers Training, dedicated to cultivating responsive caregivers who prioritize the optimal development of the young generation.
Inspired by brain developmental theories, including the science of neglect, responsive caregiving, and the nurturing care framework, our institute seeks to address this gap by offering tailor-made short-term and long-term training programs. These programs encompass certificates and diplomas tailored for early years and primary years teachers, as well as school leadership. Additionally, we provide short-term workshops designed for parents and other stakeholders. Our approach focuses not only on the mechanical or theoretical aspects of education but also on the human aspect, infusing humor, happiness, respect, and acceptance to preserve the essence of childhood while nurturing young souls.

As an institute, our commitment goes beyond training; we aspire to be a research-based training provider. We aim to publish technical and research-based content on teaching and learning in early years and primary years, along with insights into parenting styles. Furthermore, we actively collaborate with other organizations to contribute positively to society, specifically advocating for the best interests of early childhood and primary education. Through these initiatives, we envision creating a community that values human connection, research-driven practices, and the well-being of each child, ensuring a brighter and more responsive future for the field of education.
